BSE Buyback July 2023

I think ER will be almost similar in retail(less than 2lac) and general(more than 2lac).
Disclaimer: this is just my opinion by seeing shareholding pattern. I could wrong as well.

Ad this is first time buyback through zeroda.

BSE Buyback July 2023

The data given in shareholding pattern is for equity capital of less than 2 lacs. Since face value of BSE is Rs 2 , it indicates shareholders upto 100000 shares. Retail investor in buyback i.e. less then 2 lacs value will be much lesser.
