Hi there.
I bought REs from market and then also completed purhase from ASBA platform.
What happens now?
1) When will i be able to see the alloted shares?
2) How will i be able to trade the alloted shares? Because as you are saying it is only 25% of the share values paid. Rest of the payments is to be made in future installments. But if i want to start trading as soon as share gets alloted, how can i do that ? I am just not clear on the entire process

Mujhe jara bhi idea nhi tha or na hi khi padne me aaya ki is share last trading date hai or baad me bhi zerodha ki or se koi notification nhi aaya iske rights issue ki date bhi 11 hai. Maine to kal zerodha se contact kiya ki ye shares mere holding me kyo nhi dikh rha hai . Tab unhone bataya ki ye leps ho gaye. Plz sir meri help kijiye .

I am a NRI, I have purchased 2000 Airtel RE shares from seondary market. The shares are credited in my demat account. When I try to apply rights, Bank ASBA form is asking for CAF/CNN number. I did not receive any email from Kfintech.
Please advise with your thoughts.

Sir I purchased Bharti re from stock mkt and got credit in demat account on 20.10.21. I am not able to download right of entitlement letter. Also bank is asking for application number to mark asba. Pl advise urgently as today is last date of issue.

I had recieved 2 Airtel RE in my demat account.
I bought 18 more REs from the secondary market on 14th Oct.
I assumed that the total REs in my account would be 20 after this purchase. But my demat account shows only 18 qty of REs. I am confused.
If I purchase REs from the secondary market, does it mean that my original allotment is automatically treated as renounced ?

Initially I got the 2 airtel-re and i applied for 2 airtel re through R-WAP.
Later, I purchased 15 more from the market @202 on 14-oct-2021. While applying for 15 airtel-re through R-WAP I'm choosing the second option of that I'm a renouncee. After putting up all the details and proceeding further I'm getting error like Not a renounce-Select shareholder as on record date.

KFINTECH website only allowing resident investors

we cannot submit offline as we outside india.

I am a NRI, Demat with IIFL, PIS with RBL bank.
I have purchased 2000 shares from the market. I haven't recived the RE letter. (I dont have CAF/CNN Number. I cant to able to apply.

If you received RE letter from the Kfintech (CAF/CNN Number), You can apply rights through your axis bank ASBA.

I have Airtel shares in 2 demat accounts. I have got RE shares in both. Both accounts have same PAN. My question is, can I apply for rights shares from both these demats? Will it be considered as duplicate entry or it is fine to apply?

The current RE price is about 205, more than the intrinsic value (681-535 = 146) by 40%. The actual share price would be 205+535 = 740 if someone buys RE and apply through ASBA. I don't see any sense.
People with RE should sell them directly.

People are less likely to buy RE even if price comes down to 160 also. Then also it will cost them about 695. Promoters will surely subscribe the issue, due to which RE will become shares in a month. The share price is likely to fall due to dilution.

@Nikk, You don't have to pay complete 740Rs (205+535) now.
For now you will have to pay 338.75 Rs (205 + 133.75 (25% of rights issue price)) If you are interested in RE and remaining amount 401.25 Rs (75% of rights issue price) must be paid based on calls by the Company.
It works like pay down payment and pay EMIs like any other loans.
You can pay the down payment of 338.75 Rs and remaining amount 401.25 Rs in 2 installments.
So people with less fund can benefit.
