Customer care told me that holding not be collapsed, you can sell that rights whenever it's tradable again. Could you please confim

I would have same problem. I was call to zerodha, they said the company not approved to shares, when they approved shares then the shares are shows our demat account, and also they said to me it's a compay (vikas echo tech) side problem.

This is about right issue of Bharat gear limited i bought 100 share on 1 December and sale 50 sahers on 2nd December, after then right issue raised but I am new in share market I called to customer care to know more about right issue application , they send me a link I tried but i can't resolved or applied through given link. All time it showing no record found ,again contact to customer care but they can't resolved my problem
Please do the needful and necessary action i want my share or amount which was not showing in my portfolio , it a system issue I also
