Adesh Jain you are wrong. How many shares you tender in buyback matters a lot, if he tenders 30 shares, then acceptance can be 25% of that 30 shares, and if tenders only 15 shares , then acceptance can be 25% of 15 shares.
Its completely different from what you are saying, 25% fixed for any shares tendered.
So its better @AK singh that you keep the shares and tender all quantity no matter what and sell as soon as non-accepted shares are reverted back to demat.
