If the holdings are pertaining to one and same PAN, it will be considered under Non Retail Category. 2 or 3 shares are likely to be accepted, if you tender all the 105 shares for the Buyback.

Yes, you might not receive the mail from company but tender anyway all the shares if lucky they might accept 1 or 2, take a chance..

This is written in the tender form. So what does this mean? I am not eligible for buyback, is it?

I had 44 shares in one demat account, and 11 in another. I have got 2 separate emails, one saying I'm entitled to 7/44, and another saying 1/11.

Should I tender shares from seperate accounts, or from 1 account? (I have transfer set up). Will it make any difference?

Tender all the shares from both the accounts. We got lucky during lnt buyback. Had shares in two accounts and final AR was 100%
