I have 100 shares of TCS on record date.but i have applied in buy back 47 shares in retail catogary Then How Much shares accepted in buy back.

You must have got mail from registrar/company about that, if not just check how many you have now.

With 100 shares on record date you would have been in general category where AR is very less..

SM Auto is a SME stock and trade in lot size of 4000.
Can anyone guide how buyback happens in this as if some shares are accepted in buyback what we will do with the remaining shares. Is there any retail quota exist in it as 4000 shares×Rs.60 exceed Rs.2 lakhs limit?

Only 1 out of my 62 TCS shares have been accepted. I have also received 4150 credited in my bank account. Can anyone explain why only 1/62 shares have been accepted?

62 shares means you come under general category not retail.
AR for general categoryis very very less, that is why.

If the bank payment fails, funds are credited to the respective trading account. Out of 4 accounts for me, 3 were credited to the respective bank account but one was credited to Zerodha trade account. I would wait for couple of days and then raise the issue to the broker then the registrar.

SIS Buyback 2023

I am having 150 shares of SIS. They mailed today that Entitlement for Buy-back Offer is only 20 shares.
Query 1 : It means I can tender only 20 shares, not more than that ?
Query 2 : if acceptance ratio is 40% then only 40% of 20 i.e. 8 shares will be taken by SIS ?
