generally, 15 percent get buyback of the total shares..
that is around 6 lac out of 40 lac total shares

Considering the "OPERATOR's UNEXPECTED MOVE" in Zydus Life Record Day Trading You should Decrease Your Holding to 21-20 shares At-least to remain in Retail Category. I am expecting same move in this scrip also. As per my assessment closing price as on 29.02.2024 (Record Date) will be above 9200/-

You can tender all the shares you have but company will accept shares based on AR (Acceptance Ratio) which will be declared later..

The news in the market is of AR of about 15 to 17%, so probably 1 out of 6 will be accepted..

So not a good ratio..

In my view as the buyback is not that large. So buying at this high value have a risk of the price fall with it will fall for sure.

I agree with Rounak Raj, there is no point in buying or even 1 share strategy, it is not a good offer anymore..
