Can I sell my right entitlement now! As I could not apply through Groww app within time as the anwers to my queries were bit complicated to my queries hence it seems I missed the bus although I had enough money in my Groww account

No, you can not sell the right entitlements. These right entitlements will be expired. You should have sold these on 07th and 8th Feb only.

I think you will loose the whole money spent for 1000 RE but still you may try through mail to contact registrar as well as Indiabulls for giving a scope to pay application amount for those shares, if they at all consider.
