Aniket ji, there are 2400 shares in one account ( Mine) and 2380 shares in another account ( My wife’s) as on record date. Whether my holdings will be considered under retail investors category or not? Please clarify.

Out of 2380 shares tendered, 1520 shares are accepted for buyback and amount got credited in SBI. Regarding 2400 shares tendered, no information in r/o ICICI DIRECT so far.

Aniket ji, I haven’t received any communication regarding acceptance. We are having trading accounts in ICICI DIRECT and SBI SMART. I have checked my mailbox even in trash and spasm. Will you please clarify?

Same problem in icici direct , no email no update from NSDL or icici direct for any acceptance or refund .

I had tendered 2300 shares and 1469 got accepted.

Today I got message that only 173 shares is credited.

I am confused as I was suppose to get 831 shares credited to my account.

Kindly advise what should I do and if the balance shares will be automatically credited to my account.

need info regarding buyback... suppose if I bought 100 share @100 rs before record date that is 31st jan which make eligible for buyback.. but if I sell share on 1st feb and buy later when they starts to take back .. is that feasible

Yes it is feasible.

You need to hold the shares on record date and then immediately before tendering the shares.

In between you can buy sell multiple times.
