By seeing the fall in eclerx shares, I couldn't dare to buy goldiam for buyback purpose only. This share has also a great run up in recent times so there may be a fall in prices from tomorrow, as last date to buy with buyback was 25th Oct

In zerodha buyback order is still in pending stage. Upstox already removed from holdings. Does zerodha place order on last day or am I doing something wrong?

It will be settled in zerodha on or after 1st Nov....and in zerodha also, shares will be locked after you put for buyback, you can't sell them in open market

its not able to sustain above 2300 and all others IT shares are moving so high....due to buyback, prices are controlled it seems..
i am feeling retail acceptance ratio will be around 30%....not more

25th Oct is last date to buy for buyback.

can anyone suggest that is it good bet for buyback or not?
if acceptance ratio for retail will be less then it can be a loss making deal is share price corrects after buyback

this goldiam price also moved 5-6 times in a year so it is also risky bet to buy now for buyback purpose, no idea when and how much these will fall if that happens

what is ecpected acceptance ratio here? i sold 50% of my record date holdings already...if i tender balance 50% in buyback i hope they will be accepted...i am told Rsystems had amlost full acceptance

@BSC: expected acceptance ratio will be around 30% or less....since share price came down a lot during buyback time....and if you are tendering 50% shares then accordingly (proportionately) some extra shares will be accepted other than your entitlement ratio shares

Unfortunately, the resultant amount of Rs.75350/- regarding the Buyback of the 137 accepted shares is yet to be credited to the bank/ trading account. On 14th, I have mailed to the Registrar n also to my booking agent with all the required particulars. Eagerly waiting for the response from them. I am hopeful that the due amount will be credited by 3 or 4 working days. Thank you.

I think no one has received money buyback accepted shares of Gandhi tunes due to holidays. Should be credited next week..

In the known accounts of my relatives n friends, the amount was credited on 13/10 itself. To my mail to the Registrar, it is vaguely replied one hour back that the amount was credited on 13/10 itself. I asked for the details of credit in my response mail. Anxiously waiting for their reply. Thank you.

if it moves around 2400 or more by next week 18th when buyback will start, then acceptance ratio can be around or more than 50% but if it will keep hovering around 2300 then acceptance ratio for retail wont be more than 30%
