A/R estimate is something we need idea about.

"The Board of MPS at its meeting held on 27 October 2021 has approved buyback of up to 9,44,444 equity shares of the company of face value of Rs 10 each (representing up to 5.23% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the company as on 31 March 2021) at a price of Rs 900 per equity share for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 85 crore."

@coldburger: AR ratio depends on many factors like share price before record date, price of buyback, size of buyback, share price movement during buyback tender period. So we will get idea later once buyback will open for tendering.

@Mr.Singh: ya retail quota is 15% and always acceptance ratio is more in retail quota so yes better to buy from 2 different person demat account with less than 2 lakh in each. you can get more info on buyback from here:

@niteenipo : if you dont want to take risk, then better wait for buyback offer letter to come to you. In that you will be knowing for how many shares you are entitled for sure then u can buy that much share only that time to tender in buyback.
Share price going down still so no need to take risk i feel by buying now based on assumption.

One can purchase the shares of S H KELKAR Co Ltd (Keva) at the CMP for tendering for buyback. Record Date is learnt to be 12/11. CMP is around Rs.158/- and the price of the buyback is Rs. 210/-. You will definitely get a reasonably good profit. I hope that the ER will be around 6% and AR around 13% to 17%. Chances of much downfall in the price of unaccepted shares after the buyback are very less. Thank you.

I feel people can keep holding this share whoever has bought around 150 to 180 levels, since price is already reached near 195 due to the stake sale and buy by prominent investors and buyback price is around 210 so it will definitely have around 50% to 80% acceptance ratio in buyback once buyback opens since many will not tender their shares in buyback. And unaccepted shares can also do good in short to medium term.

it must be more than 2 lakh rs shares that's why you came under general category instead of retail category, so very less shares accepted

Normally within 10 days after the closing date of the buyback. In this case, I think it is on or before 9/11 as the last date for settlement is 9/11.
