Lloyds Engineering Works Rights Issue 2023

Before know anything about right issue don't buy RE shares,if ur existing share share holder rughts share credited in ur account simply sell it like ordinary shares before the X date company anounced.
This is not consider as fraud, you should have been recieved alert email to apply before X date, sebi should fo have do little bit easier...
Right apply through net banking or you can download form through same company website, or RTA agent for right issue, fill the form submit to ur nearest bank were your account holding. Very simple don't waste your hard earn money

I sold 3000 shares in December 2023 @ 28 approx where my buy price was rs. 8/- avg. ..... Should I but it again at current level or should I wait for its Price adjustment after Right Issue ....?

Please do not confuse DEMAT Account with Trading Account Portfolio. Please login to your DEMAT Indiabulls PP shares are already credited on 20th Feb, 2024.

Current Price 35. If I buy 100 cost will be 3500.
I will get to buy 25 shares at 22 in rights issue. cost 550
total cost 3500+550=4050
cost/share: 4050/125=32.40
After Ex. Rights share price will be adjusted to 3500/125=28.
Is it justified to buy now at 35?
