To day also they are saying "you will get shares in your portfolio today till evening or tomorrow. They have collected nearly Rs. 50,00,00,000/. In saving bank per day interest is nearly Rs. 40000/ Company is earning money from interest. During 4-5 days cost of share has fallen nearly 15%. Investors are loosing both way, by interest and by cost reduction. Never invest in such companies.

Complaint should be mailed to SEBI, Government of India. Finance Minister and RBI. This is case of cheating with citizens of country. ED and CBI should come in action to stop any further cheating.

My amount is deducted from bank, i can see entry in bank statement on date 23 Feb 2024. But still Shares not credit.
I email to Bhamini Shah and support@purvashare.com. But still no replay.

Should i call SEBI? if any one suggest.

The right issue share was supposed to be listed on 26 02 2024. But due to undeclared reasons shares are not available in portfolio. in the duration of this 3 or 4 days cost of share has reduced nearly 12%. Or we can say share allotted persons have been loosed by nearly 12%. This case may be reported to SEBI or this may be raised as the case of compensation.

I had 7000 shares at 32.5 Rs cost, I sold those shares today as yesterday prices will go down today till next more days, most likely.

As I had held shares until record date, hopefully I will have chance to purchase or apply right issues which is 25% of number of shares I had on record date.

Let’s see what happens next.

I suggest to sell shares if you are loosing money, if you had bought it for cost of less than 20-25 Rs maybe you can hold it.

none is taking over the company, they are working on debt restructuring and also purchasing shares of Derren Healthcare Private Limited and make it as subsidiary. the total process will be completed by the end of this year. the stock price of GenP is expected to be between 40 - 50 by Dec 2024.

RE is like an option , just buying RE share you do not become share holder post RE purchase you have to apply via rights option , if you do not do you will loose your money as RE is option which auto expire if do not apply for share
