@vimal garodia I got mail that out of 78 share 6 share will be accepted what should I do I have 18 share if I tender that approximately how many share will be accepted??

If you tender 18 then 6 will be definitely accepted because that is what you are entitled..
And may be one more might get accepted

I have got a mail saying I have 1 share but entitlement for buyback is 0. What does this means since I have bought share before 28 june itself??

You can tender that one share anyway, i have done it few times, no problem..

I have got a mail for the buyback of Godawari Power stating two things:
1. Number of equity shares held by you on the record date = 1, I bought 1 for 1 share strategy, which is impliedly understood😅
2. Entitlement for Buy back offer in terms of number of equity shares = 0, I don't understand the second.

I request all the senior members if anyone can shed some light on it..

My 1 share debited in the morning and credited back in the afternoon. Mail received from CDSL for both transcations.

Which means rejected or any technical problem?

Maybe you have zerodha account.
Same thing has happened with me in Ajanta Pharma & Cheviot.

check with your demat details in the link provided in the Buyback page here. My share didn't accepted.

@pragnesh No sir. Mine is Dhan. No problem occured for me in Ajanta Pharma and Anand Rathi wealth BB's.

I applied for CHEVIOT buyback. I have received message from CDSL that 1 CHEVIOT is debited and next day it was back in my ZERODHA account. Why that happened?

Yes. Not working. So now we have to buy only the stock which is fundamental good. Else we will be in loss, Mine here is 5% loss, Anandrathi 9% loss :(

In the 2021 and 2023 buybacks the AR was around 38%, so this time also we can hope for a good AR. My guess is, it will be around 35%. Another good thing is that my Broker HDFC Sec is giving eClerx a target of ₹2830. When the recent Sharda Motor buyback came the target from HDFC Sec was ₹1654, during the buyback period itself it crossed it and later ₹2000 and today it closed at ₹2224. So hoping that eClerx will also reach the target.
