Unbelievably bad customer care and
FRUSTRATING experience.
None of the account managers has yet to call me back despite my messaging via web chat everyday. All the advisors say is " I will email the department and wait 24 hours". Nothing happens, no one calls back. Over 5 emails were sent by the advisor to get the account manager to call. yet no one has called. In my case have sent all my documents and everything was in order, however they have draw. Which i never saw coming cause i felt it was all real, only for me to realize they were only after their own gain and their aim was to take all the money i invested.

Stay far away from this broker, they will restrict you for no reason and reduce your leverage. I love their benefits but once you receive an email from them saying that you are restricted, they will never help you trade with them again. I think they take advantage since they have a lot of clients. Well long story short got my money back via info on my headline within two weeks best recovery expert ever highly recommended.
