I noticed a significant gap between the Rights Entitlement (RE) and the Current Market Price (CMP), so I decided to buy RE. However, on the third last day of RE stock trading, I exited with a loss of approximately ₹15,000 because I believed the rights issue might be canceled. On the last date, the rights issue was completed, and I thought I had made a big mistake as my ₹6 lakh investment could have become ₹23 lakh in one month. But now, I realize I made the right decision at the right time, even though it cost me ₹15,000. I think this stock can go into single digits as it is fully operated.
