I had 90 Shares of TCS and I had sold 30 Shares on 24.11.2023 then I tender Balance 60 Shares in TCS Buy Back Offer....

Can you advise me, how many shares shall be approved in said Buy Back 2023 of TCS ?

If you’re holding 60 shares on the Record Date, your holdings will be considered under non-retail Category. Acceptance may be not more than 8%.
