Do not open account with them. First their charges are very high, then they says they are known for research and provided good calls and thus they says be a prime customer (forgot exact name) by depositing ₹10,000 which will be used in brokerage only. Then you will find that their research team are worst in the word even a newbei can make better calls. they made me loss approx ₹ 25,000 within one month by giving most of the time faltu (pure loss making) calls with higher brokerage (options). they make you loss in deliver, intraday everything. Though i am a newbei i am in profit ₹ 14,000 in one month for my own calls. better i have maintain a track of their and mine calls separately.
Lastly dont fall prey to MO loss making services limited.
