@SmallOne Overall, it is decent. But, having used ICICI Bank and ICICI Sec, long way to go. In fact, something as basic as 3-in-1 account is not truly 3-in-1! Suppose I sell something today on Kotak Sec, I get funds in linked Kotak Bank account tomorrow EOD. In ICICI, I get 75% of sales proceeds in linked ICICI Bank account in 5 minutes (subject to some cap) and balance 25% next morning! This difference can be important sometimes.
@SmallOne Kotak Bank has been generally good. I mostly rely on netbanking and App and haven't faced any issue.
For Kotak Securities, i would say from the point of view on an investor. Since it is a full service broker, charges are natrually high as compared to Discount brokers, but even otherwise it is somewhat ok, lacking some of features which i see in zerodha. I am planning to move all my scripts to zerodha soon.
