Sir, Earlier I thought that it would be around 50%. But now, due to increased interest in the retailers to significantly purchase the shares of almost all the companies in so many number of accounts to participate in the buybacks, the AR may be around 30% though the size of the buyback is not a small one. Thank you.
AR in moil can be around 40% due to its large size. if moil share price during tender period is around/above 185 then good AR will be there else if share price will be below 180 then it may not be good.
@jigar: In my opinion, if your average buying is around 170 or below in moil, then i think no need to worry about rest shares, means you should get chance to exit above 170 may be around 180 after buyback and the profit in accepted shares will be your actual profit. Rest lets see, depends on market conditions too.

I add “your holding capacity of the unaccepted shares till you get your target price” to the “market conditions”.
Is not there any time limit to declare record date after launching buyback scheme? There is simply no news about record date. If it goes above 185 then I may exit all holding as market mood not positive.
