you need to buy shares upto 2 days before record date (below 2 lakh amount to be under retail category which has 15% reservation so generally more shares are accepted back by company in retail category) you will get mail from registrar after record date is over for your eligibility and shares holding on record date. you can place order from your broker site for all shares as holded on record date as per mail. In buyback mail, dates will be mentioned for tender period upto which you can tender shares in zerodha. Also read below link info in zerodha. Login into keystone.upstox.com with your client code and backoffice password Click on “Account” on the top of the header line Click on “Buy Back/ Turnover” from the drop down Click on “Apply” and enter the quantity
Submit the request when the buyback date is open. Currently Nucleaus is open for tendering shares....check in your account if it is showing.
