Feedback Message Board

I have got a mail for the buyback of Godawari Power stating two things:
1. Number of equity shares held by you on the record date = 1, I bought 1 for 1 share strategy, which is impliedly understood😅
2. Entitlement for Buy back offer in terms of number of equity shares = 0, I don't understand the second.

I request all the senior members if anyone can shed some light on it..
