If I have purchased shares as on 31-05-2022, can i be eligible for buyback

Yes.. eligible.. buy on 31st (as record date is 2nd June). But, advisable to buy minimum quantity as heavy selling may be there tomorrow 1st June which of the ex date.

Hi everyone, I have tendered 18 shares for TCS buyback through zerodha. But till now I didn't received debit message from CSDL. And also checked the CDSL, there also tcs shares of 18 are in holdings. Can anyone suggest what is the reason for same. And is there any chances that my accepted shares will debit on Monday.

Today itself shares will be debited from your zerodha account. Check your portfolio after sometime.

You might have received Contract note from Zerodha.

What would be the ideal date of opening of tender?

Hi, Any one help me with the following questions.
1. What is the minimum number of shares to be kept on record date to participate in the buy back?
2. On which date the shares will be unblocked in case of not accepted shares and On which date the amount will be credited to bank account in case of accepted shares.

1. no minimum requirement, sometimes even one share got accepted by the company. otherwise small shareholder is < INR 2 lakhs and above that is general.
2. all the tendered shares will be debited from your account once the offer closes and within few days, on the settlement date, the amount will be deposited to the bank and the unaccepted shares will be credited back to dp. Refer the offer letter/email from Registrar for the timelines.
