I hope most of you are aware about the Karvy case. My father had demat account with now defunct 'KARVY'. We have transferred around 65% of our shares but were not able to transfer shares in 'POOL' category/'BEN'(Beneficiary). I want to know what other people in similar situation doing to get their shares transferred. Total amount is running in lakhs so want to know all options we can take. Looking forward to some useful advice.
