I have a doubt guys will I be able to apply for buy back. If i had the stocks on the record date but sold it 2 days after the record date and bought it before the buyback period.
This question would be a repetition for you and sorry for that.i am new to buyback Based on your experience please share you thoughts How much shares can i expect tcs to buyback (if i have 44 shares) and rest of the shares at what price i can sell in open market. when can i expect this buy back to get over(ie this whole procedure and getting money in my bank account).
TCS is long term portfolio stock, most of the time it has reached to its buyback value,. and many share holders didnt apply for buyback as this is a long term stock for them

Sir, 45 is ideal for Buyback purpose. Unaccepted shares may be hold for long term benefit, if you can. Al the best. Thank you.
Guys does anyone know how to check status of bonds which made default or secondary market bonds I want to know status of srei equipment ncd status? Whether they are repaying interest or principal . If yes when are they doing, no information is there in any forum. Tried calling customer care also they are simply cutting the call after picking
The interest payment is currently frozen. Check this article https://www.moneylife.in/article/srei-group-gets-6-months-moratorium-order-from-nclt-leaving-retail-ncd-investors-in-lurch/62627.html
You can check the status on trustee website. Trustee for Srei are catalyst and Axis. Catalyst puts out periodical updates at: https://www.catalysttrustee.com/press-release/recent-updates/
As such Srei has come up with a scheme for debt resolution and got a mortarium on payment from NCLT till scheme is worked out. Once final scheme is accepted, payment should start again hopefully.
