Hi All,
Can anyone please explain me how SEBI verify that the application applied under Employee category is an real employee of that company because at the time of application we do not have to enter the EMP id or any identification of being employee of that company. Also how that validation is done whether the individual holds the particular shares at a particular time (Like Share Holder category in this IPO to hold HDFC limited)
Please Explain.

Hi VRathi, both of these can be easily identified by company using PAN.
