BSE Buyback
Buy back shares – 45,93,137
Retail 15% quota shares – 6,88,971
No of share holders < 2 Lakh – 4,52,353 and no of shares held by them are 6, 07, 99, 312
ER = 6,88,971/6,07,99,312 =1.33%
Is it really beneficial buyback????

The data given in shareholding pattern is for equity capital of less than 2 lacs. Since face value of BSE is Rs 2 , it indicates shareholders upto 100000 shares. Retail investor in buyback i.e. less then 2 lacs value will be much lesser.

Total shares for buyback - 0.46% (900000)
15% reservation for < 2 lakh retail investors = 1,35,000
ER = 1,35,000/77,21,745 = 1.75% ( data from trendlyne.com)
I feel not that beneficial, I am not applying.
Please check your self before taking decision

Due to same reason i haven't bought much shares in it.
Acceptance ratio will be low
