I am in heavy loss and holding this stock. Should I apply for Rights @35 or not ?
Or it's another trap ? Experts please comment.

Hello, if your loss is more than 50% and if your portfolio size is huge compared to the loss from this single stock, then average out or else forget this loss stock in your portfolio and move on to better investing options available in secondary market

Note the famous quote "don't catch a falling knife" always move on to next better opportunity forgetting bad apples :)
