The shares tendered is not the criteria, the shares held as on record date is only considered while accepting. This aspect may please be verified. Thank you.

@suheelan: how many shares you were having on record date means 30th sept?
it must be more than 2 lakh rs shares that's why you came under general category instead of retail category, so very less shares accepted

Sold the 46 unaccepted shares @ Rs. 2385.95. Even if the price increases, no regrets. Happy with the earned profit.

After 2PM, the shares found hanging in between and on clicking Allocate column, they are credited to my d mat account of icici securities. Then sold.

today un-accepted shares are visible in zerodha.
Price didn't moved down much means all people are not selling these.
So share can do good in short term. I will hold it upto 2500 around.

@admin: yes definitely please open all respective buyback pages soon like you open for ipos, if you really want to see people discussing actively here also.

Also Please add improvement in buyback discussions as i pointed out previously also of adding mail alert feature in posts like its there in ipo posts so that we get to know via email of replies etc.

i genuinely respect and thankful to KSRK sir who is showing so much of dedication and discipline and posting buyback messages here and supporting others also. I wish aniket sir also joins here actively and provide his views and guidance to others.

MPS LTD ( Macmillan Publishing Technologies & Service Businesses Limited ) board has approved the Buyback of 9,44,444 shares through Tender route @ Rs.900/- on 27/10/2021.
CMP. Around Rs.705/-
Record Date yet to be announced.

Sir,
Today I have purchased some shares @Rs.701/-. Tomorrow I will make two bids @ Rs.691/-and @ Rs. 681/-. Let us see. Though I am not an expert in this regard, I believe that the company is a good one and you will not be disappointed with the price of the unaccepted shares after the buyback. Reasonable amount of profit can be expected. Thank you.

Aniket ji,
Unfortunately, the resultant amount of Rs.75350/- regarding the Buyback of the 137 accepted shares is yet to be credited to the bank/ trading account. On 14th, I have mailed to the Registrar n also to my booking agent with all the required particulars. Eagerly waiting for the response from them. I am hopeful that the due amount will be credited by 3 or 4 working days. Thank you.

I think no one has received money buyback accepted shares of Gandhi tunes due to holidays. Should be credited next week..

In the known accounts of my relatives n friends, the amount was credited on 13/10 itself. To my mail to the Registrar, it is vaguely replied one hour back that the amount was credited on 13/10 itself. I asked for the details of credit in my response mail. Anxiously waiting for their reply. Thank you.

Sarita ji, thank you very much for your kind response. Unfortunately, no communication so far from ICICI DIRECT regarding the 2400 shares. They are still found in my trading account. In the order book of buyback, it is clearly mentioned as submitted on 22/01 for buyback. It’s my bad luck. I have mailed to the customer care of the ICICI DIRECT. I will wait for 48 hours and then think of further course of action. What do you suggest?

Hey I have also applied for buyback from my ICICI direct account but it still has been sent any notification or update on the amount. The shares are also not reflecting.

Aniket ji, there are 2400 shares in one account ( Mine) and 2380 shares in another account ( My wife’s) as on record date. Whether my holdings will be considered under retail investors category or not? Please clarify.

2400*84 crosses 2 lakhs. Hence this would not be considered under retail. Experts can confirm.

Out of 2380 shares tendered, 1520 shares are accepted for buyback and amount got credited in SBI. Regarding 2400 shares tendered, no information in r/o ICICI DIRECT so far.
