In Quick Heal buy back, the promotors will be participating in the BB to the extend of 36.42 lakhs shares out of the total BB offer of 50 lakhs shares, leaving only 13.58 lakhs shares for retails and general shareholders. Therefore, the AR will be low.

Yes right said but for small retail holders there is 15% reserved.

e) In compliance with Regulation 6 of the SEBI Buyback Regulations, the reservation for the Small Shareholders, will be higher
of:

i. Fifteen percent of the number of Equity Shares which the Company proposes to buy back i.e. 15% of Buyback Equity shares.
or
ii. The number of Equity Shares to which the Small Shareholders are entitled as per their shareholding as on Record Date.
