it is T+1, hence you have to buy on Feb 10th or before to be eligible for buyback. If you buy Feb 10th then you will have shares in your demat account on Feb 13th.
Prior to Jan 26th, it was T+2, hence if you go with that that you have to buy on or before Feb 9th.

Like REC, Gail will declare bonus.. those who are holding left over buyback shares will reap benefits from Gail bonus.. better to hold for sometime if not yet sold..

Gail declared bonus 1:2, every 2 shares will get one bonus share.. good one..

KSRK sir, if you are having quick heal, care rating, I suggest to closely watch the stock movement. If it goes higher before record date, I suggest to book profit instead of waiting for buyback cycle.. if not, you can wait for buyback cycle, but now a days AR of buybacks very less because of high retail participation...

I will be ever grateful to you for your kind response to guide me. Now, I have withdrawn from the thinking of purchasing the shares of care rating. However, I am already holding 550 shares of Quick heal. I will definitely act as you suggested. Once again, thank you very much for your kind n valuable views.

I don't think there is any benefit issue with bonus shares because the price will be accordingly reduced. Only later on benefit when dividend is declared.

Anjay sir, if you observe REC price it already moved up by 14% after bonus announcement. Similarly I am expecting Gail to move up by at least by 10% before bonus ex-date to Rs160 level.

1. SIS buyback good but profit will be less as buyback price - 550 and current market price around 470.

2. In Bsoft and matrimony
You might get good profits.
Acceptance ratio i expect 15-20% in bsoft and 22-34% in matrimony.

3. As amit ji said Single shares in multiple accounts good as single shares accepted in almost all buybacks.

4. Focus on upcoming 2 buybacks also.
1. Care rating - 20 July
2. Quick heal tech - 21 July

KSRK sir, even though buyback size is small, there is a good arbitrage opportunity. Share is also doing reasonable well.. one can purchase in small quantity..
