poor service. buy back option is not uploaded in the system well in time despite taking up the matter with them in online chat portal. Even now regarding Redington India Ltd buyback opened on 6/11/18, i took up the matter online with them, which they informed that the same will be available from 9th Nov. 18 which has still not been updated. Now they are saying that the same will be av available from 12/11/2018. It is worst customer service I have noticed.
