I have a trading a/c with HDFC since last 2 years. I like it very much for the following.

- safety/security on net is very strong.
- timely execution of required process.
- customer care service is very good.
The only drawback on their system is when we want to place an order through phone, we have to wait for the long time.
Ahough the brokerage rates are a little bit high, my overall rating is "Better". If HDFC securities reduces its brokerage rates for retail investors then,I THINK, a huge no of retail investors will switch to HDFC Securities.
