1) Brokerage is too high. They are charging at 1% each side for trading on options.
2) They take longer period to settle the accounts. I sqared off my transaction on friday and still the amount is not credited into my account.
2) Pathetic service - Even after complaining couple of times nobody bothers to resolve it.
