The customer service of HDFC trading accounts is pathetic.
At the time of opening the account,so many people(10-20) approach and at the time of closing the account , they make us run around telling all the sick rules. Why don't they communicate all this at the time of opening only..Now i need to run around different branches to get rid of this.
