I am holding 250 shares as on record date, I have not been considered as retail investor and I am coming under general category. As per the letter of offer my entitlement is only 2 shares. It is derived from 250 X entitlement ratio of 1.08 for the general category. If the general category holders apply more than their entitlement the chances of getting more shares are very remote to get more shares than the entitlement ratio of 1.08. I think all general category holders MF, FPI, Corporates, Banks etc will definitely apply. Still all general category holders are applying more than their entitlement, I do not know the reason Why?

You tender all your 250 shares....final acceptance ratio should be around 8-10% in general category.
