I have bought some shares after the record date. can I tender those shares as well in the buyback ? I believe it is not possible but just wanted to check with experts. this is my first buyback participation. So just wanted to check.

Nothing harm...All your shares will be blocked from tender date to release date and you cannot sell before that. I think it is better to tender 50% shares as AR will be anyways far lesser than 50% and can sell rest if there is any spike the price.
