I purchased TCS shares through ICICI Direct today and the Shares Projection is showing as 24th Feb 2022. Will I still be eligible shareholder on record date of 23rd Feb 2022

Very much eligible. Shareholder data is taken from NSDL/CDSL on 23rd EOD.

The entire process will be completed by 9 pm .If the broker runs the updation after 9 pm , you will see it. If they don't, they will do it next morning before opening of trading and you will see it. Brokers usually mention the next date but invariably do it on the same day.
