@sunil - yes you'll be eligible. What counts is shares in your demat account. The equities are delivered in demat account in T+2 days, i.e since you bought on 21st, the shares will be in your demat on 23rd as required under terms of buyback.

if the shares come to your demat account on 23rd, you will be eligible for buyback.
If they get credited on 24th, you will not be eligible for the buyback

Kindly check with your broker why projection is 24th when the standard procedure is t+2( ideally it should be 23rd)
