@Admin @Team Chittorgarh: Can you please add message link option in buyback messages also if possible.
And also please make one general buyback FAQ page for tender route buyback, with general queries, so that we can give that link to user with same queries. I can help you on that by sending mail with basic questions and replies. Below page is there currently on your site which is not so useful and doesn't have basic queries.
