@Nilaykumar : Tender window will normally open after 2-3 weeks of record date, they will send mail to all eligible people who are holding shares on record date. And tender window will open for around 2 weeks duration. you can tender shares from your broker site. And obviously you can sell your shares in open market instead of tender , its your wish your shares. you can buy again also to tender them if you wish.
@hostpacker. You have taken 15 lacs individuals as small investors as per share holding pattern but not all 15 lacs are small investors. If you divide total number of shares held by them than you will come to know. These 15 lacs are shareholders holding share capital (not value) less than 2 lacs. Share capital is no. of shares multiply by face value whereas share value is no. of shares multiply by cmp. Hope its clear
Total 10 Lac applicants who will participate in buyback and around 30000 applicants will apply with 2 lac means around 50 share
30000 x 50 = 1500000 ( 15 lac shares)
Rest 1lac applicants with 25 Share
100000 x 25 = 2500000
870000x 10 share = 8700000
8700000+1500000+2500000= 12700000
Available share 60 lac / 1.27 lac = 47.24 % Acceptance ratio.
If Retail Participation will be decreased or not applied then it may be increased ratio.
Then maximum 70 % Acceptable.
As per my assumption it may be in-between 50 % to 70 %. AR
