The MO App is absolutely riidculous- cannot view investment, cannot place orders, keeps crashing.
Customer servicing is another area which needs significant improvement. The representatives are not to keen to understand the problem and give standard replies everytime.

Very slow response time. There have been times where my email has not even got any response.

I am struggling with the same thing since months which has been communicated to several people in the mutual fund- IT and operations team. Still has not been resolved.

Other than a handful of the reps, namely Kaushal Tandon from MF team and Piyush from IT,everyone else is rude, impatient and not willing to understand or even hear the problem.

I want to eventually work at motilal oswal, thus i opened an account here. However, trust me when i say this, i regret it on most days.

I hope atleast this feedback is taken into account.
