Very poor service... Website does not show correct information
Brokerage charges though mentioned were .20% initially but they charge 2.5%; Customer service is very poor; MF SIP missed for a month without any reason and another MF purchased twice in a month without me being aware of.... one is not shared with escalation plan hence you are left on the mercy of the account manager.
