Hello everyone,
I request to all kindly close your account with 5paisa broker as soon as possible. Today I got loss of Rs. 3000 due to their bad service. I could not sell tejas network share after many attempts of sell order. When I called to customer care they said this stock is banned for trading from BSE, hence my sell order will not execute. However I confirm the same from other broker platform they said there is no such issue, stock is trading at their platform you can buy or sell order. Also they are charged unwanted services and additional hidden charges, which you don’t know. I only faced losses that is because of their technical faults.
There are many things which I can’t explain here… I only urge please avoid 5paisa there are better broker who provide a good service better than this.
