Given the fact that basis of allotment is First Come First Serve, and the subscription page for retail already shows >1x subscription, is it still possible to apply for this NCD and get an allotment? The confusion is because of the fact that this page shows the NCD size as 50cr (base) and 50cr(oversubscription), does that mean that the company can actually issue the NCD upto 2x subscription in every category (i.e. HNI/Retail) etc. ?
