Feedback Message Board

I have applied for PAN card as a Foreign Citizen throigh Form 49AA and from past 8 days it is still showing Under processing at TIN Facilation centre. I need the PAN card urgently. I''m starting to doubt because the staff in facilation centre seem very reluctant to accept the appication as the foreign citizen.
Please, update my status as I need it very urgently for Bank A/c
