My duplicate PAN card no. AAJPS4131P was applied for and sent to my address vide ack. No. EA722495713IN on 29th April 2019 but was sent back due change of PIN as 201020 instead of 201014 previously. Since I have not been delivered, please arrange to resend it preferably through courier. An early response is awaited.

My PAN card was dispatched on 29.4.19 vide Speed Post no. EA722495713IN but was returned back by Postal Department. The Post man says that the address was wrong as EM-1704 instead of FM-1704, Amrapali Village, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201020 UP.
Please send it again to the correct address.
