One of my friend applied for PAN on my behalf before couple of months, but till date i haven't received any confirmation, acknowledgement with regard to my PAN. Thereafter, today i again applied for the same for the new one, but the website says "On verification with Pan Database, it appears that PAN has been issued against Aadhar quoted in the application form. You are advise to submit application using PAN change Request form quoting your pan". So i tried applying again, but the field requires PAN number, which i don't even know....

Please help me to get my PAN, as I need to open my saving account.
