I used to trade on Sine web but stopped as it was slow. I am a scalper & do 17- 20 entries a day shifted to a diff broker has interface just like zerodha easy to use..nest dart are heavy softwares internet fluctuations put a lag & hangs u need to relogin again these softwares load first & then start it takes away precious time..One thing am missing is customer support with my broker most times calls don't connect tickets are delayed sometimes unresponsive which is a draw back. Tradesmart only benefit was good customer support & resolution. U always had somebody to talk & resolve issues. 5 star for that👍 Will love to switch back but not on shine web😔
