SK has the worst servc ever :
1> regional centres know nothg. so everytime u ask a a qsn, its a week bfr thy can say anythg !
2> BUT.. every other moment ul see a sk agent running arnd u n pleaaaadddinggg to open a demat ! the moment u do so, hes VANISSHHEDD.. all the promises.. GONEEE ! he leaves the company n u dun knw. no one to listen to ur problems.
3> u call bbay/tollfree no.. some one picks ur call.. she talks 100, listens 50 n UNDERSTANDS 1. finally they are sposed to call u back n that day never comes !
4> they increase the annual charges even without noticing u
5> if u want to shift to another vendor, they will charge a lot of money to close ur acct
6> brokerage IS NEGOTIABLE, depending on how mch money uve put in.
7> want to knw more... ????
